COVID-19 Requirements + Policies

Before your appointment:

If you are able to download and fill out the new COVID-19 waiver (download here) - you may either scan and email this form back to me at natalya@theglowtique.com. If you are unable to email to me prior to your appointment, I will have it available to fill out in person.
Please reschedule your appointment either online or notify me by email or text if you have in the last 2 weeks have felt unwell (any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath), have had a fever of 100 or above in the last 24 hours, and/or have been around someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or has shown COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days.

Upon Arrival:

Clients must enter alone (unless the guest is accompanying a minor)- there is no waiting room, so there is no room for other guests to sit and wait.
Upon arrival please text The Glowtique at 413-351-0661 and wait in your car until I have replied that you may enter the building.
I may be scanning temperatures with a touchless thermometer upon arrival.
Please enter the building wearing a mask or face covering, and leave on for the duration of your treatment. In the event that you cannot physically leave the mask on for the treatment, I will instruct you on when to remove and put on your face covering or mask. If coming in for a facial, it is recommended to bring a clean unused mask to wear immediately after your treatment.
Please either use sanitizer available by the front door or wash hands upon entering - you may do so in the main lobby or in the bathroom.

This list of requirements and precautions may change, but will be in effect as of June 28, 2020 until otherwise noted.
